All Milefoto wedding galleries are connected to a professional photo laboratory, allowing your images to be printed with archival quality and true-to-life color. Couples and their families can conveniently order prints, albums, and wall art directly from the gallery using a shared link. From custom albums to large-format pieces, your photographs are created to be held, displayed, and passed down—ensuring your wedding day lives beyond the screen and stands the test of time.

1. Do you travel for destination weddings?

Yes, we do travel for destination weddings. Destination coverage is custom-quoted based on location, dates, and event needs to ensure a seamless experience. We’d love to learn more about your plans and create something tailored for you.

2. Do you help with planning our engagement session?

Yes, absolutely. I guide my couples through the entire engagement session — from choosing the location and time of day to outfit guidance and overall vibe. Engagement sessions are included in most of my wedding collections, but they can also be booked on their own if you’re looking for a standalone session.

3. What is your wedding event cancellation or rescheduling policy?

A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your wedding date.

In the event of cancellation, all retainers and payments made are non-refundable, as the date has been reserved exclusively for you.

If the wedding date is rescheduled and Milefoto is available, payments may be transferred to the new date at our discretion.

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

Yes — all sessions include professionally edited, high-resolution digital images delivered through an online gallery.

You’ll also have access to professional print products directly through our online lab for easy, high-quality ordering.

5. how many photos will we receive?

The number of images varies based on coverage length, events, and moments captured throughout the day. Couples receive all the photos in exception for duplicates or blurred photos. Most couples receive a thoughtfully curated collection that tells the complete story of their wedding, with quality and storytelling prioritized over quantity.


Most couples receive approximately 60–90 edited images/hr, depending on the flow of the day.

6. Can I request specific poses or shots?

Absolutely — clients are welcome to request specific poses or share inspiration examples. We simply ask that these be communicated before the session, allowing time to prepare the studio or plan the style and setup accordingly.

7. Can we meet before the session?

For portrait and mini sessions, we provide full support through phone and text communication, including guidance on location, timing, outfits, and session flow. This allows us to keep the process simple and efficient.


In-person meetings are typically reserved for special events or larger projects where additional planning and coverage details are involved.

8. How long till I receive the final photos and video?

Wedding photo galleries are delivered within 1-2 weeks,  and full wedding films are delivered within 1-2  weeks following your wedding day. Cinematic Highlights video 4-6 weeks, and photo albums 3-4 weeks following your approved album photos. Each gallery and film is carefully edited to ensure a timeless and cohesive final result.

9. Will we receive a sneak peek?

Yes. A small preview of images is typically shared within 72 hours of your wedding so you can relive a few moments while your full gallery is being prepared.

10. How will we receive our images and films?

Your photos and films are delivered through a private online gallery where you can download, share, and order professional-quality prints and products. Family members may also access the gallery using a shared link.


Couples who book Package 02 or Package 03 receive a curated album kit that includes a USB containing all final, edited wedding images. This keepsake is designed to provide a tangible way to preserve and revisit your wedding memories beyond the online gallery.

11. how would you describe your editing style?

Our editing style is editorial and light, with natural tones that stay true to color. We prioritize emotion and storytelling, capturing real moments with intention while maintaining a clean, timeless aesthetic that won’t feel dated over time.

12. Do your online galleries expire?

Online galleries are available for 90 days from the delivery date, giving you plenty of time to view, download, share, and order prints. If additional time is needed, simply reach out and we’re happy to extend gallery access for an additional 60 days while you finish downloading your files. For long-term safekeeping, a USB with all final, edited images may also be purchased if it is not already included in your wedding collection.
